Retreat  Registration Cost: By March 31, 2008 - $65.00 per person, After March 31, 2008 - $75.00 per person

• Full payment of WM Retreat registration fee must accompany registration form.  
• Registration fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person.
• Room accommodations are to be secured by each individual directly with the Anchorage Hilton Hotel and are not included in the retreat registration fee.  Retreat-blocked room reservation deadline is Wednesday, March 19, 2008.
  • Single & Double rooms -  only $92.00 per night
  • Triple rooms - $112.00 per night
  • Quad rooms - $132.00 per night
  • (The above low “meeting rate” is also applicable 3 days before the retreat and 3 days afterwards.  Room types will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis.)  When booking room, mention that you are with the AK/BC Church of God Women’s Retreat to receive the quoted rate.
• Table/Seating location for the Friday evening buffet banquet meal in the Aleutian Ballroom will be assigned on first-come, first-served retreat registration basis.

(Auction proceeds to go to the 2006-2008 WWAM COG International Mission Project, Nyamphande Orphanage, Zambia, Africa and to Alaska/BC WM Home Missions.   Registration/Auction number will be issued to each guest.  The auction will consist of both an open auction Friday evening following the worship service, and silent auction items with silent bidding through Saturday 9:45 a.m.)
